Knowing the balance of your spiritual and physical energy

How long you work each day with physical activities? How much energy you consumed on every work with spiritual concern? Our mind and body support each other; if one suffers the other has taken for granted. The right balance between body energy and spiritual energy is require
d to maintain a healthy lifestyle. A hyperactive spiritual energy can lead to insufficient body of the lethargy and exhaustion, and lower the body\\\\'s natural immunit

y to disease. If expenditure of the energy movements causes anxiety, stress, nervousness and confusion.

Try to do a simple exercise to determine the difference between your physical and spiritual energy costs.

Get a sheet of paper and divide it to two columns. Name the first column of the paper with \"physical energy\" and the second column \"spiritual energy\". Write all your physical activities perform in a typical day in the first column, try to write as many actions as you can. Include things like walking in the morning, going to the groceries, cooking your food. Start with your morning activities and end with going to bed.

Then with the second column write all types of spiritual activity that you perform in a typical day. This could include things like counseling, education of your children, meditation, praying or any other activity that requires you to go mental, emotional and spiritual energy. The creation of this list will take a little more time to think at first. You need to be careful in thinking of your activities. What are the activities that really require the power of your mind?

If you\\\\'re like many people, that when you discover you‘ve spent most of your time performing physical tasks while neglecting to exercise their spiritual self. Like other people who spend a disproportionate time and energy with mental or spiritual energy while the body is still neglected. Try to disparity the energy levels between the two types. Are you spending the eighty percent of your time in physical activities and twenty on the spiritual? Create a list of possible ways to find more balance in your energy level and do these things in your daily routine. Finding a balance between spiritual and physical activities will result to an improvement in both aspects of your health and well-being.
